How can I work with you?

Make an enquiry here. I will respond within 2 working days via email with a questionnaire and a link to book a call with me.

We will hop on a call discuss your goals and vision. If you are happy to go ahead I will send you a proposal with an agreed timeline and payment link to secure your spot. 
How long will it take for you to build my website?

4 – 8 weeks depending on the package you choose.
Do I need to have my products and images ready before we start?

Yes, you need to have all the products with their description beforehand as well as your brand information such as logo, colours, fonts and images.
Do you offer payment instalments?

Yes, I offer 2 instalments to be paid over 2 consecutive months, 50% before the project start date and 50% the following month.
Do you offer copywriting services?

I include homepage copywriting in all my web design services as a bonus! However you will need to provide the copy for all other pages including product pages.
Do you offer SEO services?

Yes I offer starter SEO which is included in the Growth Package. However it can also be added onto the Starter Package if requested. 
Will I be able to edit my website myself afterwards?

Yes! Shopify is user friendly and does not require additional maintenance. I also provide full training and resources to help you manage your store with confidence.
What happens if I don't know which package I need?

How soon can we start?

I recommend booking 1-2 months in advance of your desired launch date to avoid waiting longer than necessary.
